Key Responsibility and Deliverables
Will be responsible to drive and executes cross selling of all product offerings extended by the branch.
Ensure high level engagement for effective pre & post customer services.
Develop market by organizing regular promotional activities, including participation in trade shows and conventions.
Network and build relationships with existing and new customers/ channels to drive allocated sales targets, and service requirement for all assigned locations/ channels.
Complete control of Non-performing Assets (NPA) and Collections/ overdue cases sourced, and their overall reduction as per guidelines.
Keeps abreast with product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends through reading of pertinent literature and consulting with marketing and technical service areas.
Adhere to regulatory requirements and compliances.
Good Understanding of Sales processes and products
Age - 26–30 Year
Graduation (Full time) is mandatory
Prior experience of 2.5 – 5 years of sales of asset products in BFSI segment.
Should be from sales background in Mortgage industry
Candidate should be from local market and conversant in local language
