· Studying the client’s existing portfolio and assist the client in deciding about the risks involved in the existing transactions, portion of risks to be insured, the financial implications involved, etc. of their receivables.
· Interacting with all relevant credit risk insurance markets and source the best solutions for our clients. Conducting a detailed study of the products and conduct comparisons between quality and pricing of cover to ensure the right product mix through our wide knowledge base and strong relationships with the credit insurance companies ensuring the best deal for our clients.
· Educating our clients on the implications of every policy wording and accordingly train our clients in proper policy management ensuring compliance of the terms and conditions of the policy. Providing continuous assistance to our clients with regard to any query related to credit insurance.
· Assistants our clients during the entire claims process which includes assistance in the documentation process.
