1. Districts will be assigned to each and every Marketing and Sales executive. Identifying and appointing Dealers in the areas assigned.
2. Work with the existing dealers in the areas to increase the sales in the region.
3. Report on the weekly progress on the above 2 tasks with the Management Team.
4. Finds ways to sell products in the face of a down market
5. Initiating, Developing & Overseeing marketing campaigns.
6. Achieving the targets fixed every month.
7. Ensure placement of products in all possible point of sales in the assigned region.
8. Provide inputs on market and product trend periodically with the management team.
9. Plan, Conduct & Execute promotional Campaigns during launch of new products and during other requests.
